This detailed scale model offers a rare opportunity to see inside the Salt Lake Temple and understand what happens there. Because temples are considered houses of the Lord, once they are dedicated they are not open for public tours. This model presents a view of spaces that are normally unseen.

During a 12-minute presentation, sections of the model open to reveal rooms such as the baptistry, ordinance rooms, and assembly areas.
